On February 2, 2016, the 25th issue review committee meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") conducted the application for non-public offering of shares of Shandong Huapeng Glass Co. Reviewed. According to the audit results, Shandong Huapeng's application for the non-public offering of shares was approved by the Issue Review Committee of the CSRC.

At present, Shandong Huapeng has not yet received the written approval document from CSRC, the company will announce separately after receiving the official document approved by CSRC.
